Within the therapies I can tailor a treatment plan just for your needs, symptoms and ailments. On going sessions will be recommended and depending on the therapies and time line generally a full course of treatments is a more constructive and cost effective. Courses of treatments usually come in blocks of 6., they are typically massage or reflexology . We will discuss different oils and their benefits and how they will be used. This treatment plan will be reviewed after each session. As part of the consultation you will receive a home treatment, such as bath oils, balms or cream. The price given is for the hour consultation session ,there will be no treatment given in this session. The gives us time to construct a plan and book in which treatments you need.
